  2. Screening & Interview

    A deep skills and motivation interview — we select independent, highly-driven students who are ready to represent themselves abroad.

  3. Matching

    We pair you with a host company and project scope suited to your field, from EU market research to content localization and beyond.

  4. Prepare

    Cultural training, CV and portfolio work, interview coaching — everything you need before you board a flight.

  5. Depart & Grow

    Four to eight weeks in Tokyo, under close mentorship, working toward a project outcome you'll carry for the rest of your career.
